By signing up for this service or downloading this content, you agree that (a) you're the account holder or (b) you have permission from the account holder to do so. Members who are eligible to subscribe to the Fan Club and Text Fun will receive 30 entertaining text messages and Trivia products will receive up to 5 interactive questions from SendMe Mobile at a price of $9.99/month* per individual subscription. Standard rates may apply for SMS, MMS, WAP, GPRS, PIX, Email and other charges, including third party charges, depending on your cell phone plan. All charges will be billed on your cell phone bill or deducted from your prepaid balance. Other charges may apply.
By submitting your phone number and responding to the Password which is sent to the mobile phone number you supply above (either via entering the Password on www.sendmemobile.com or replying "YES" to the message), you acknowledge that you are subscribing to the Pick-Up Lines service and agree to be billed the monthly cost for the service. You expressly agree to any carrier charges related to sending or receiving SMS communications to or from SendMe Mobile. You further represent that you are of legal age and have read and agree to be (or have your parent's permission to be) bound by SendMe Mobile's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which include disclaimers of warranties, limitation of liabilities, and an agreement to arbitrate all claims.
All SendMe Mobile services require an Internet-enabled mobile device which supports SMS, MMS, or other mobile content as applicable for a given SendMe Mobile service. Most of the current phones being manufactured by Motorola, Nokia, LG, Samsung, Panasonic and Sony Ericsson are compatible with the SendMe Mobile services.
